When I began my journey I had no idea what working at home with a Network Marketing business meant. I had heard some things that weren't very positive, but I really had no first hand knowledge about what it meant to run a Network Marketing Business from home. Does that fit where you are right now?

COMMITMENT

How committed are you to the idea of working from home? Is it a lark? Is it a hope? Or, are you just going to give it a "try". Are you committed to seeing it through until you succeed?

We all start our journey for working at home at a different commitment level. But no matter what level you start at, you have the control over where that commitment takes you. You have the remote control to your life.

• You decide if you want to watch the same rerun, or if it is time to watch a new show.
• You decide if you want to watch something that helps you grow, or something that does nothing to improve the quality of your life.
• You decide if you want to be entertained, or enriched.
• You decide if it's time to fast forward, or rewind.

Once you determine how Committed you are to this process, you then need to address your Mindset.

MINDSET

Your mindset has such a powerful impact on the outcome of your life.

We all know successful people. Think about the quality or qualities they seem to possess:

• Confidence
• Determination
• Discipline
• Focus
• Self-Worth
• Self-Assurance
• Creativity
• Flexibility
• Resiliency
• Vision
• Courage
• Self-Sufficiency

Which of these qualities do YOU have?

You might be able to check off one or two (or perhaps a few) of these qualities and call them your own, but you might struggle with the rest. Most people do, until they understand the foundation of success.

Now that we've determined that to work from home with a Network Marketing business there needs to be a strong level of commitment and a success mindset, what about training?

TRAINING

There are TWO components to TRAINING; having good systems in place that are duplicatable, AND, being teachable. You can have all the training in the world, but if you do not have a teachable spirit, the training will not do you any good.

I could never have found success in my work at home Network Marketing Business without solid training and duplicatable systems. I knew nothing. So I needed to be able to copy the success of others while melding it with my own style. It has been my experience that those that spend their time reinventing the wheel or trying to create the next "state of the art" success system, waste valuable business building time. The less time you spend on building your business, the less income you will see.
